In line with most other organisations, we are unable to give cash refunds for most of our events.

However if you are unable to attend an event which you have booked with us, please contact us as soon as possible as we may be able to offer a credit note in certain circumstances.

SANTA'S MAGICAL GROTTO

For this event we have a different refund policy due to the nature of the event and the high demand for places. If you cancel before 1st December, we will refund your money minus a fee of £5. If you cancel after 30th November we are regretfully unable to offer a refund. Please be aware of this before booking.

CHANGES TO BOOKINGS:

At least 72 hours before the start of your booking:

If we can accommodate your request, we will charge an admin fee of £3. This is to cover the extra admin work to make the changes. If we cannot make the changes you require, we may offer you a credit note (voucher) to the value of the amount you have paid minus the £3 admin fee.

Within 72 hours of the start of your booking:

We can only refund 50% of your booking fee as it is unlikely that we will be able to re-book your Pod. The refund will be in the form of a credit note to the value of 50% of the amount you paid. You may use this credit against another Pod or any of our events. Credit notes are usually valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

FOR THIS REASON, PLEASE CHECK YOUR DATES AND TIME BEFORE BOOKING TO ENSURE YOU HAVE CHOSEN THE RIGHT OPTION

Our policy regarding our film events is that the show will go on wherever possible. Although we will make every effort to show our outdoor films outdoors, for your comfort and safety we may, as a last resort, show the film indoors. In this case, our policy is not to offer a refund, but may be able to offer a credit note useable against another outdoor film later in the year.

On rare occasions where we have to cancel a film or an event, you will receive a full refund.
