Similar to most other organisations, we are unable to give refunds for most events.

However if you are unable to attend an event which you have booked with us, please contact us as soon as possible as we may be able to offer a refund or a credit note in exceptional circumstances.

  • If we have sold out of tickets and we have people on a waiting list we can offer your ticket(s) to someone on the list. If we can sell your ticket(s) this way, you will receive a full refund minus an administration charge of £2 per ticket.
  • In some circumstances, we may be able to offer a voucher which can be used when booking online for other events.
  • Our policy regarding our film events is that the show will go on wherever possible. Although we will make every effort to show our outdoor films outdoors, for your comfort and safety we may, as a last resort, show the film indoors. In this case, our policy is not to offer a refund, but may be able to offer a credit note useable against another outdoor film later in the year.
  • In rare occasions where we have to cancel a film, you will receive a full refund.
