Meditation isn’t just sitting cross-legged with your eyes closed in a quiet room. While seated meditation has its benefits, it’s not always a viable option when you are in the midst of your child’s morning meltdown, stuck in traffic, or in the middle of a stressful meeting at work.
In this workshop you will learn how to access the power of mindfulness & meditation wherever you are. Learn techniques to quiet the mind during everyday tasks & challenges.
