Welcome back to all our customers as we spring into action for another fun packed year. In the cafe look forward to a revitalised menu with old favourites plus new veggie and vegan options specials. Find out more about the programme of events which include some fantastic outdoor film screenings, craft sessions, music and more.

There will also be acoustic music upstairs in what will be our new Saturday music and film cafe lounge. Here you can play records on our turntable set up and on certain days, watch family films whilst enjoying food from the cafe.

This Saturday there will be a selection of short family films from 10.30 - 12.30 and music from acoustic instrumental duo 'Highly Strung' from 1.30 - 3pm. Both free events.

In conjunction with Demontfort University Jouries Film Festival we will have this special indoor screening of the film 'Tracks'.

Accompanied only by her faithful dog and four camels, an Australian (Mia Wasikowska) satisfies her craving for solitude by embarking on a solo trip across the desert from Alice Springs to the Indian Ocean. Based on a true story of Robyn Davidson and her dog Diggity travels across the outback.

In 1979 young Donna, Tanya and Rosie graduate from Oxford University -- leaving Donna free to embark on a series of adventures throughout Europe. On her journeys, she makes the acquaintances of Harry, Bill and Sam -- the latter whom she falls in love with, but he's also the man who breaks her heart. In the present day, Donna's pregnant daughter, Sophie, dreams of renovating a taverna while reuniting with her mother's old friends and boyfriends on the Greek island of Kalokairi.

Baby (Jennifer Grey) is one listless summer away from the Peace Corps. Fundraiser - The Greatest Showman

Tonight we are putting on a special show to raise money for our friend, Kezia, who has Multiple Sclerosis. She needs to raise money in order to receive life-changing stem cell treatment. All proceeds from this event will go directly towards helping Kezia achieve her dream. You can read about her and watch a few videos HERE:

Come along to The Green Place from 6pm and join in the fun which includes circus skills, craft stalls, karaoke, face painting and a raffle. Food and drink available 6pm-9pm.
Not to forget the main feature: the film that proved to be the most popular that we showed last year with 2 sellout performances!!....The Greatest Showman.

The film is inspired by the imagination of P. T. Barnum.  An original musical that celebrates the birth of show business & tells of a visionary who rose from nothing to create a spectacle that became a worldwide sensation.

Celebrating the 50th aniversary of the rock opera fantasy based on The Who's ground breaking album of the same name.
A boy born and raised in post-WWII England grows up seemingly deaf and mute due to a traumatic experience in his youth. He eventually gains fame as a pinball champion, is billed as a messiah and attempts to lead a religious sect. As well as the members of The Who, there are appearances by Eric Clapton, Tina turner, Arthur Brown, Paul Nicholas and of course Elton John.
 
Come early and enjoy the sounds of the 60's and 70's before the film or some food and drink.
